The Journal of Scottish Name Studies is a scholarly journal publishing articles and reviews on place and personal names relating to Scotland, its history and languages. The Journal is refereed and has an editorial advisory board. |

The Journal is available to members of The Scottish Place-Name Society at a discount (subscribe). |

The inaugural volume of JSNS is due for publication at the end of summer/ beginning of autumn, 2007. Articles to be considered for future issues should be sent to Clann Tuirc. Short articles, reviews and reports on work in progress will also be considered. Please see the Notes for Contributors. |
